Xena - 15 years old

Xena is Sophia's older "sister".  They were a bonded pair that the shelter really wanted to keep together.  We were told she was 15, but everyone thinks she is younger.  We sometimes wonder if she is an imposter, but she does have a lot of "old lady" qualities.  She loves to nap, has a few growths on her skin, has bad eyes and even worse teeth.  We had at least 8 teeth pulled, but her breath can still melt paint off the walls.  

When she first came to us both her and Sophia were full of ticks. We lost count after pulling dozens off of them. After getting the ticks and fleas under control, Xena felt much better.  She is a little love bug.  She always wants to cuddle, and loves to burrow under the covers.  She is very protective of her little sister, but has a streak of sibling rivalry.  

We are so happy that Xena found her way to Mr. Jojo's!
